Returns and exchanges are accepted and these are our terms:

Returns: You must send back broken product in order to receive a new shipment. Shipping will only be covered from us to you. We do not provide shipping costs if sending products back to us. 

Exchange: If product is the wrong size or item due to a mistake through ordering on your end, shipping costs must be provided for. If it is a mistake on our end, shipping costs to and from will be covered.
